Green Initiatives

roundaboutTerminus is dedicated to practicing green efforts throughout our property. Some ways we model these efforts are through turning off all non-essential building lights during business hours, providing a bike rack in our garage, hosting a building recycle program, selling BATMA Breeze cards each month to encourage ride share, provide free van pool parking in the garage and participate yearly in the Earth Hour campaign and providing energy conservation tips for the office and home in the conservation Corner section of the weekly newsletter. We also provide educational fairs for the tenant population including vendors such as Atlanta Watershed Management, Georgia Power and Eco-Wash (an amenity here) to promote the opportunities to conserve both at work and home.  Through conservation and recycling efforts, we project in 2009 that 1300 trees; 534,410 gallons of water and 313,164 kilowatts of power will be saved.

The latest addition to the property, Terminus 200, is a registered high-performance LEED-CS Gold building.
