Terminus will put four flavors under one roof

The flavors of America, Italy and the sea --- both cooked and raw --- are coming under a collective roof in Buckhead.

AquaKnox, Lola, BrickTop's and MF Sushibar will anchor an oval-shaped retail wing of the Terminus, the enormous Cousins Properties development going up at Piedmont and Peachtree roads.

AquaKnox is a seafood restaurant that has made a name for itself in Las Vegas' Venetian hotel. Lola is an Italian eatery from Here to Serve, the same people that brought Twist, Shout, Strip and Goldfish to Atlanta.

BrickTop's is an American restaurant from the palate of Joe Ledbetter, a founder of the Houston's restaurant chain. And MF Sushibar is just what the title implies: It comes from the "Magic Fingers" of brothers Chris & Alex Kinjo, who opened the original site on Ponce de Leon Avenue.

Terminus is Cousins' first large-scale, mixed-use project. The project includes at least five planned towers, according to master plans filed with the city.

The Cobb County developer will move to Terminus when the first building, a 27-story office tower now under construction, opens in 2007.
