IMPROVING SALES. One Buckhead condo tower could be turning the corner on sales.
Cousins Properties Inc., developer of 10 Terminus Place, said it has sold 50 units in less than three months.
The 32-story luxury condo tower, located at the intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont roads, has seen more than $20 million in sales volume, either closings or units under contract, since Aug. 1.
Cousins has been running specials that include up to $300,000 off three-bedroom condos. With more than half of the units now either closed or under contract, it has opened up more financing from the government lender Fannie Mae.
As of Jan. 20, 10 Terminus Place has a total of 137 units, with 60 left to be sold.
